Partner Whisperer

At Graham and Walker Venture Fund, I built a corporate sponsorship program from scratch that generated over $1M in revenue and grew the ecosystem from 9 local partners to 45 national partners including AWS, Microsoft for Startups, SVB, JPMorgan, and Dell for Startups.At NexusEdge Education, I architect and manage workforce development partnerships across 85+ California community colleges and Fortune 500 companies including Google, Citi, HubSpot, and Snapchat.This is what I do. And I do it inside ecosystems that most partnership teams never figure out how to enter.

What I Do

Companies hire me when their partnership program is stuck, underleveraged, or not yet built. I come in as a Fractional CSO and get to work: building the strategy, opening the relationships, and executing the deals that move revenue.I work across GTM strategy, ICP refinement, business development, partnership architecture, and sales enablement. I've done this inside venture funds, workforce development ecosystems, and early-stage startups across tech, fintech, edtech, CPG, and retail.You don't need to explain your industry to me. You need someone who can get in the room and close.

Built From Scratch

I grew up in the Inland Empire as the daughter of a milkman. Nobody handed me a network or a roadmap. I built both from scratch, and it turns out that's exactly the skill set that makes me good at what I do.Over 25 years I've worked inside Fortune 500 companies, early-stage startups, and venture funds. I've sat on both sides of the table enough times to know where partnerships break down, where revenue gets left on the table, and how to fix both.I founded Unscripted Strategy to do the work I'm best at: getting into rooms others can't access, building programs that scale, and creating partnerships that actually move the needle. I'm currently finishing my MBA at the University of Colorado Denver Business School and in May 2026 I'll be speaking at BizLifeCon in Denver on the messy, real, unglamorous side of the entrepreneurial journey.I'm based in Denver.
